Your host, Brian Briscoe, has been a general partner in 1000+ units worth over $100 million and has been lead sponsor, asset manager, capital raiser, and key principal on these properties. He is founder of Streamline Capital Group, which will continue to acquire multifamily assets well into the future. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.

Jenny Gou
Jenny Gou is a full time Real Estate Professional focusing on Multifamily assets. She's been investing in Single Family Homes since 2018 and this last year shifted gears into MF after reading more books and networking with experienced investors. In February of 2020, Jenny "retired" from her corporate career after 13 years at Procter & Gamble. Today, she's dedicated to finding and closing on her first Multifamily Deal and managing a few MF assets with her partners.
