Yelfri De Leon is a Co-founder and a Managing Partner at Helios Enterprise Holding. He is an experienced Technical Project Manager in the Finance Industry with over 8 years of experience. He started investing in real estate at the early age of 25 when he acquired his first property overseas to turn it into an Airbnb business. Later on, he discovered his passion for multi-family real estate investment, which led him into acquiring his first multi-family property in the State of New Jersey and joining a large network of experienced apartment syndicators in the United States.
