Jeff Greenberg
Jeff is the CEO and Managing member of Synergetic Investment Group, LLC (SIG). He has managed all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, operations, value add, dispositions, and investor relations.
SIG has been involved in projects worth nearly $50 million consisting of over 1100 units. SIG currently controls properties in Texas, Georgia, Arizona and Ohio including over 300 student housing beds. SIG has been involved with stabilized and value add properties including Student Housing, short term rental, and Market Rate MF properties.

Vivica Rojo
Vivica graduated in 2020 with her BA from UC Santa Cruz, and preceded to work within the community to provide education, employment, and mental health resources for populations facing marginalization, specifically young adults facing homelessness and other systemic challenges. Vivica has taken a pause on this work to focus on Multifamily Real Estate with the goal of starting her own community based project within 5-7 years. She is concentrating her efforts on deal sourcing for Justice Capital, which she co-founded with her father Anthony Rojo. Justice Capital is currently focusing on the Atlanta MSA, and are researching for a second market to dive into.
