Josh Plave
Josh Plave is the founder of Wall to Main Investments, a multifamily firm that has acquired over 1,900 units valued at over $350 million. Josh specializes in acquiring and structuring opportunities specifically for investors who are using their self-directed retirement accounts. Jason Marcordes
Jason is the founder and Managing Broker for Landmark Property Management. Born and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago, Jason attended Eastern Illinois University where he began managing his first properties. During his time at EIU, Jason began his career in commercial property management with an industrial warehouse in Champaign, IL. After getting his feet wet, Jason founded Landmark Property Management. Throughout his career, Jason has managed over 4,000 units and half a billion dollars worth of real estate.
