After a very successful 17-year career in electronic payments, Chad transitioned to real estate in 2020, driven by a desire to positively impact communities, improve investor financial health, and build a great team. Chad is recognized for his expertise, often speaking at real estate events and interviewed on many national podcasts. His decision-making is shaped by a private advisory panel, ensuring informed and strategic business growth. Chad resides in Fishers, IN with his wife and daughter.
