Doug and Xiaofeng Harman
Douglas Harman is a California licensed contractor who has been building modern homes and managing large scale projects for over 20 years. Xiaofeng Harman has a PhD degree in engineering and worked in a high-tech company in the silicon valley for 8 years before working in real estate investment full time. Douglas and Xiaofeng formed their first LLC and started their real estate investment 9 years ago. They started with acquiring small multifamily properties. In the following few years, they completed several high-end single-family new construction houses in the bay area, where they live. In Dec 2021, they closed their first multifamily syndication deal, a 56-unit class B property in Waco TX as one of the lead sponsors. They like to share their knowledge and experiences with other investors who is also working on their first deal.

* First time capital raising and raised total $500,000;
