Your host, Brian Briscoe, has owned over twenty apartment complexes worth hundreds of millions of dollars and is dedicated to helping aspiring apartment investors learn how to do the same.
He founded the Tribe of Titans as his platform to educate aspiring apartment investors and is continually creating new content for the subscribers and coaching clients.
He is the founder of Streamline Capital based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is probably working on closing another apartment complex in the greater SLC area.
He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021 after 20 years of service.

Bernard Pierson
Bernard Pierson is a real estate expert with over a decade of experience in the United States and Latin America, more recently specializing in multifamily investments. He has invested in more than 2,000 units across 30-plus properties. Bernard is the Managing Partner and co-Founder of EHP Capital, a multifamily investment firm based in Miami, Florida. His success can be attributed to his ability to identify value and apply innovative financing strategies to maximize returns. Bernard holds a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investments from MIT. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
